The Challenge
Mocha Mondo Coffee was founded in 2010 in Northumberland and prides itself in producing seriously good coffee and equipment from its two coffee shops based in Northumberland, as well as online and to wholesale customers.
In 2020, they rebranded to bring their look up-to-date with the growing and competitive market. My task was to bring all their brand assets to align with the new brand as well as set a new marketing strategy that would achieve national results.
The Solution
My work on Mocha Mondo Coffee's digital and offline marketing saw their brand grow exponentially. The role involved teaching the brand to trust new marketing strategies and outputs, whose worries soon faded as we saw results.
A key success was highlighting their experience and unique selling points to avid young coffee drinkers that cared about each cup they brewed. From tapping into this audience, we were able to create an engaged community that saw us as guiding experts and a trusted brand.
